Thomas Douglas Selkirk Duff
Canadian computer programmer and computer graphics expert. In 1974 graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics and, two years later, got a Master of Science from the University of Toronto. Created Duff’s device, a loop unrolling mechanism in C. Has worked at the NYIT Computer Graphics Lab, Lucasfilm’s Computer Research and Development Division, Bell Labs Computing Science Research Center and Pixar Animation Studios.
