Simon Cozens

British Perl programmer and author. Has released more than 100 Perl modules. His books include Beginning Perl, Extending and Embedding Perl, and the second edition of Advanced Perl Programming. Also maintained the www.perl.com site for O’Reilly for several years and was a columnist for the Perl Journal. His academic training is in Japanese, and latterly in missiology; he aims to work for the church in Japan in the future.

Debuggers

Naturally, a tool for getting rid of bugs in your program is called a «debugger». Mudanely enough, the corresponding tool for putting bugs into your program is called a «programmer».
