Stanley Bootle

British author, singer-songwriter and computer scientist. His best-known song is the "Liverpool Lullaby", which Judy Collins recorded in 1966 for her album, In My Life. Achieved the first postgraduate degree in computer science in 1954.

Should array indices start at 0 or 1? My compromise of 0.5 was rejected without, I thought, proper consideration.
