Jim McCarthy
American software developer, author, and entrepreneur. Led large software development, business and marketing efforts at Bell Labs, The Whitewater Group, and Microsoft. In 1996, co-founded McCarthy Technologies with his wife. Together, authored Software for Your Head and Dynamics of Software Development. They now host a podcast show on team dynamics and other business issues.
